Explosion-proof Cobot: Huayan Robotics Elfin-Ex series is an explosion-proof collaborative robot designed for hazardous environments, which has received national certification for explosion protection. It can significantly reduce operational risks.
Composite Explosion-proof Structure: Elfin-Ex adopts leak-compensated positive pressure explosion-proof system, ignition source medium isolation and multiple sealing structure design to achieve intrinsic safety.
Real-Time Pressure Monitoring System: Elfin-Ex features real-time monitoring of positive pressure gas, ensuring safety by preventing entry of explosive gases and dust with power-off protection.
A leak-compensated positive-pressure explosion-proof system with medium isolation of the ignitio n source is used for reliable sealing performance; the shell is sealed with multiple seals, thus realising an intrinsically safe, positive-pressure and other composite explosion-proof structure; equipped with an air pressure monitoring system for full process detection, reducing the risk of explosion to zero.
The robot is designed with a reliable and highly hermetic structure to achieve IP66 level of protection against water and dust.
Suitable for environments with high dust levels and liquid splashing.
