Alongside Huawei, Huayan Robotics Makes an Appearance at HUAWEI CONNECT 2025 • MADRID

On October 29, Huawei Connect Europe was held in Madrid, Spain, bringing together global industry leaders, technology experts, and partners to explore how digital and digital energy technologies can accelerate Europe’s digital and green transformation. Huayan Robotics was invited to showcase the integration of collaborative robots and Huawei Cloud in flexible manufacturing.

At the event, Huayan’s E05-Pro collaborative robot demonstrated compliant force control, trajectory reproduction, and high precision, attracting strong interest and hands-on engagement from attendees. The Elfin-Pro series enables smooth hand-guiding with less than 5N of drag force, allowing users to quickly teach precise motion paths through manual dragging while the system records and accurately reproduces trajectory data.

During trajectory reproduction, Huawei Cloud acts as an “AI brain,” enabling real-time cloud storage, analysis, and optimization of robot motion data. By leveraging cloud computing and big data analytics, the system reduces vibration, improves motion smoothness, and helps optimize production line layouts and resource utilization.

In robot welding applications, the Elfin-Pro’s compliant hand-guiding allows users to easily define welding paths with minimal training. After initial teaching, the robot converts recorded points into repeatable programs, delivering precise and efficient operation.

In robot spraying and coating, hand-guiding and trajectory reproduction simplify programming and make robot operation more intuitive, significantly improving spraying efficiency.

In high-precision assembly, edge-cloud intelligence enables real-time collaboration between force and vision models, allowing Huayan collaborative robots to achieve hundreds-of-microns accuracy and a 99.99% success rate in dynamic insertion of rigid components.
