On October 12, the five-day China International Industry Fair 2026 (CIIF 2026) officially opened at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai). Under the theme “Strengthening the Physical Foundation for Embodied AI, Powering the Future of Intelligent Manufacturing”, Huayan Robotics (Booth 8.1H-C190) is showcasing its latest achievements across Embodied AI, enhanced vision applications, upgraded collaborative robot performance, and ecosystem-driven applications, covering technologies from core motion components and robotic bodies to the Embodied AI Motion Platform.

With more than 20 years of technological expertise in motors, servo drives, joint modules, motion control, and related fields, Huayan Robotics has developed capabilities across three layers: core motion components, robotic bodies, and Embodied AI. These capabilities provide the industry and its partners with an integrated physical foundation extending from the “powertrain” to the “end effector.” Rooted in real-world customer sites worldwide and driven by solid technological expertise, Huayan Robotics continues to refine its products based on actual customer needs and advance toward the era of Embodied AI.
On the opening day of CIIF, Mr. Wang Guangneng, Chairman and General Manager of Huayan Robotics, officially unveiled the Embodied AI Motion Platform. Built on Huayan Robotics’ software and hardware capabilities and extensive industrial experience, the platform is designed as a physical foundation for partners across Embodied AI and related fields. Its core direction is to create a general-purpose physical foundation for the world of robotics, using a standardized, modular, and open platform to accelerate Embodied AI toward real-world industrial applications.

At the exhibition, Mr. Wang Guangneng introduced the company’s innovations and breakthroughs in robot joints, starting with one of the most fundamental and critical components of a robot—the joint module. Huayan Robotics has developed a range of technologies, including a new permanent-magnet braking technology that can reduce energy consumption by up to 99% compared with conventional electromagnetic brakes, more efficient servo drive technology, and vibration suppression technology. By developing a systematic solution to heat generation during joint operation, Huayan Robotics provides embodied robots with a more reliable physical framework.
In addition, a large hollow structure with a minimum inner diameter of 12 mm for internal cable routing, combined with multiple technical approaches including harmonic, planetary, cycloidal, dual-steel-wheel, and linear transmission technologies, provides more suitable actuation solutions for different robotic positions and tasks.
Huayan Robotics’ self-developed high-sensitivity MEMS force sensors achieve extremely low creep and hysteresis (creep <0.05% FS; hysteresis <0.1% FS), ultra-high sensitivity (sensitivity coefficient >100; accuracy up to 0.1% FS), and excellent consistency in mass production. Combined with proprietary force-control algorithms, these technologies enable every joint to perceive force.
Huayan Robotics’ HRC robotic cerebellum can efficiently connect with a wide range of foundation models. Built around a 1 kHz EtherCAT real-time control refresh rate, it connects the robot body, joints, drives, vision, force sensing, and tactile sensing, enabling millisecond-level perception, computation, control, and correction.
Built on the Embodied AI Motion Platform, partners can develop embodied capabilities for multi-form development, cross-scenario migration, and scalable replication, providing support for rapidly expanding Embodied AI applications, improving delivery efficiency, and achieving scalable commercial deployment.
Collaborative robots are rapidly evolving from simply “being collaborative” to becoming “intelligent collaborators,” with collaborative intelligence emerging as a key trend in the development of robotics. In response, Huayan Robotics has comprehensively upgraded its robotic body performance, enabling collaborative robots to be not only safer and easier to use, but also smarter and more precise in real-world production environments.
Huayan Robotics has systematically upgraded everything from module structures, reducers, encoders, motors, and brakes to drive algorithms and motion compensation algorithms, optimizing the coordination between core components and whole-robot control to provide a stronger physical foundation for collaborative intelligence.
The integrated 2.5D vision collaborative robot has also received a comprehensive upgrade, further connecting the entire chain from visual perception to robotic execution:
2.5D Vision → Automatic Focusing → AI Recognition → HRC Motion Control → Precise Execution
The solution supports full-plane calibration, enabling visual positioning to move beyond local point-level accuracy toward accurate positioning across the entire workspace. By obtaining spatial information through 2.5D vision and integrating it with the HRC motion-control platform, the robot can perform six-dimensional pose adjustments across X/Y/Z + Rx/Ry/Rz, effectively addressing workpiece position offsets and changes in orientation.
At the same time, capabilities including automatic focusing, AI recognition, AI defect detection, multi-light-source configurations, rapid solution migration, and drag-and-drop deployment further lower the deployment threshold for complex industrial applications.
Vision is no longer simply the robot’s “eyes.” It is becoming an integral part of the robot’s motion capabilities.
Huayan Robotics is also showcasing the S65 high-payload robot, featuring a 65 kg payload and 2,100 mm reach, further raising the performance benchmark for collaborative robots in payload and reach. Other products on display include high-payload palletizing robots, coffee robots, and high-precision motion platforms.

The large-scale deployment of Embodied AI and collaborative robots depends on collaborative innovation across the ecosystem. At this year’s CIIF, Huayan Robotics is working with multiple industry partners to jointly showcase a range of real-world applications, covering precision assembly, 3D inspection, explosion-proof painting, welding, CNC machine tending, and more.

Huayan Robotics have jointly developed multiple real-world applications with our ecosystem partners, including Huayan collaborative robots with intelligent 3D scanning and inspection, CNC machine tending, and intelligent welding. These collaborations demonstrate the strengths of both Huayan Robotics and its ecosystem partners: Huayan Robotics provides high-performance, highly stable robotic bodies and core motion components, while our partners contribute expertise in vision applications, application know-how, customer channels, and other areas. Together, we are enabling Embodied AI to create real value on industrial sites.
Looking ahead, Huayan Robotics will continue to focus on the robotic motion execution layer. Leveraging the Embodied AI Motion Platform, Huayan Robotics will work with more ecosystem partners to drive collaborative innovation, advance Embodied AI from technological validation to large-scale applications, and build a thriving robotics ecosystem together.
