Huayan Robotics Wins 2025 Shenzhen Robot Core Technology Innovation Award

Huayan Robotics has been awarded the 2025 Shenzhen Robot Core Technology Innovation Award at the annual ceremony of the Shenzhen Robotics Association, recognizing its long-term investment and breakthroughs in robot core components and motion control technologies. The award highlights the company’s commitment to  independent R&D and its success in advancing key technologies across the robotics value chain.

Backed by more than 20 years of experience in robot core components—including motors, servo drives, and joint modules—Huayan has established a strong technological foundation. Its high-performance motors achieve a torque density of 18.7 Nm/kg with torque ripple below 1%. The latest generation further optimizes magnetic circuit design, delivering over 30% higher torque within the same volume and 3–4 times overload capacity, ensuring powerful and stable performance for robotic systems.

Built on a fully self-developed core technology stack, Huayan’s collaborative robots demonstrate industry-leading performance in precision, speed, and stability. The robots offer repeatability of ±0.015 mm, absolute positioning accuracy of ±0.3 mm, and trajectory accuracy of ±0.15 mm, placing Huayan among the leading domestic collaborative robot manufacturers.
The high-speed Elfin series has achieved a major upgrade, with overall speed increased by 1.5× and maximum single-axis speed reaching 370°/s. In parallel, the S-series heavy-payload robots exceeded the 50 kg load threshold within one year and quickly advanced to 60 kg ultra-heavy payload capability. In addition to hardware innovation, Huayan is actively advancing “Robotics + AI”, collaborating with partners in vision and cloud computing to explore new application scenarios.
