Huayan Robotics Showcases at AMD Embedded Summit

On December 16–17, the AMD Embedded Summit was successfully held in Shenzhen. As a representative enterprise in the collaborative robotics sector, Huayan Robotics was invited to attend.

At the event, Mr. Ai Xiaoming, Sales Director for the 3C Industry at Huayan Robotics, delivered a keynote speech, highlighting the company's flexible and intelligent solutions for 3C manufacturing. Featuring a live demonstration of the Elfin-Pro, Huayan showcased how its collaborative robots enable higher flexibility, simplified deployment, and smarter production upgrades.

With over 20 years of expertise in core components such as motors, servo drives, and joint modules, Huayan Robotics has launched the Elfin, Elfin-Pro, Elfin-Ex, and S Series cobots, covering 40+ industries and 60+ application scenarios. In 3C manufacturing, the robots offer repeatability of up to ±0.015 mm, advanced vibration suppression algorithms, and high-speed performance—effectively addressing challenges such as limited production line flexibility and low changeover efficiency.

At the ecosystem partner exhibition area, the E05-Pro (Vision Edition) collaborated with an AGV to demonstrate seamless cross-workstation material handling, pick-and-place, and loading/unloading operations. By integrating high-precision robotic motion with AI-powered vision and AGV path planning, the solution is particularly suited for complex production environments in 3C and semiconductor industries.

In practical applications, Huayan Robotics has partnered with industry collaborators to deliver flexible loading, unloading, and assembly solutions for sensor PCBA production. Powered by precise force-control algorithms and vision recognition, the system autonomously navigates to designated stations and completes positioning, gripping, material changeover, and assembly tasks. Supporting over 70 product variants, it enables multi-model mixed-line production and significantly enhances manufacturing flexibility and intelligence.
