At Huayan’s collaborative robot demonstration area, technical engineers highlighted the company’s strengths in precision, force control, and motion control algorithms. With over 20 years of accumulated expertise in core technologies—and full in-house control over key components such as motors, servo drives, and joint modules—Huayan robots achieve repeatability of up to ±0.015 mm and trajectory accuracy of up to ±0.15 mm, enabling smooth and stable motion along straight lines, curves, and complex paths.
In automated welding scenarios, for example, operators can quickly guide the welding torch to target points using compliant drag-and-teach functions. The robotic arm then follows the weld seam with stable and precise motion, ensuring consistent welding quality.
During the discussion session, Huayan Robotics shared its vision of using robotics technology to better serve humanity, while outlining the future potential of collaborative robots. Through real-world examples, the company demonstrated how “Robotics+” solutions are enabling smarter and more flexible industrial operations.
