From December 2–3, the 2025 GIS Global Innovation Show & Global Innovation Summit took place at AsiaWorld-Expo in Hong Kong. The event highlighted the latest developments in artificial intelligence and robotics, with a focus on practical and responsible technology applications. Huayan Robotics participated in the event (Booth No. B-AI-06), presenting collaborative robot solutions that support intelligent manufacturing across the Guangdong–Hong Kong–Macao Greater Bay Area.
At the exhibition, the Huayan E10-Pro collaborative robot was featured in an automated welding demonstration. The robot offers high precision, stable operation, and a drag and drop teaching function. It attracted strong interest from visitors. Huayan Robotics also showcased the Elfin-Pro series E12-Pro, a long-reach cobot with a working radius of up to 1.8 meters. The system can handle multiple welding points on large workpieces without frequent repositioning, making it suitable for large-component welding tasks.
Welding is a core process in modern manufacturing, but it often involves complex operations and harsh working conditions. To address these challenges, Huayan Robotics integrates laser weld seam visual tracking, intelligent arc tracking, and welding process software into its systems. These technologies allow robots to identify weld seams, adjust welding paths, and correct torch posture in real time. The result is simpler operation, higher efficiency, and more consistent welding quality.
In addition to welding solutions, Huayan Robotics presented mobile robotic systems for cross-area material handling, loading and unloading, and sorting. The systems combine Elfin and Elfin-Pro collaborative robots with AGV/AMR platforms and seventh-axis linear rails, enabling coordinated movement and manipulation. With further integration of AI, industrial vision, big data, and LiDAR, the systems offer greater flexibility for complex industrial environments.
