From November 14–16, the 27th China Hi-Tech Fair (CHTF) was successfully held at the Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center. Huayan Robotics joined hands with Cyborg Robotics to present innovative applications combining collaborative robots with dexterous hands, drawing strong interest from industry professionals and visitors.

Cyborg Robotics is a high-tech company focused on full-scenario embodied intelligence robots, aiming to extend human intelligence and physical capabilities through innovation. Its solutions provide safe and efficient intelligent alternatives for industries such as manufacturing, warehousing and logistics, and emergency rescue.
At the exhibition, Huayan collaborative robots were equipped with Cyborg’s dexterous hand. Compared with traditional single-function end effectors, this solution can handle loads of up to 10 kg while also performing complex, high-precision assembly tasks. By integrating multiple devices and processes into one flexible system, it helps manufacturers accelerate flexible and intelligent upgrades.

As the “arm” supporting the Cyborg dexterous hand, Huayan Robotics brings over 20 years of technical expertise to ensure stable and precise motion. The company independently develops core components including high-performance motors, joint modules, and servo drives, enabling full control over product quality from the source.
With repeatability of up to ±0.015 mm, trajectory accuracy of ±0.15 mm, and advanced vibration suppression technologies, Huayan robots deliver smoother, more accurate, and more reliable motion. Its comprehensive product portfolio — including the Elfin, Elfin-Pro, Elfin-Ex collaborative robot series and the S-series heavy-payload robots — opens up even more application possibilities.
During the event, Huayan Robotics also unveiled an integrated joint module designed specifically for humanoid robot upper limbs. The module combines a high-performance frameless torque motor, precision reducer, 19-bit high-resolution encoder, high-sensitivity torque sensor, drive controller, and intelligent algorithms into a single compact unit.

Featuring high power density, lightweight design, and high reliability, the module supports real-time servo control and force-control algorithms, enabling humanoid robots to achieve precise motion, compliant interaction, and enhanced safety.
Looking ahead, Huayan Robotics will continue working closely with industry partners to develop integrated solutions that combine complementary strengths. These efforts will support the adoption of more flexible and intelligent technologies across precision-driven sectors such as 3C electronics, healthcare, and scientific research.
