In July 2026, 69 graduates from universities across China officially began their careers at Huayan Robotics, joining the company's four-day Graduate Onboarding Program under the theme "Start Fresh. Grow Forward."
More than an orientation, the program reflects Huayan Robotics' long-term commitment to developing young engineering talent through systematic training, hands-on learning, and mentorship.
Building the Future on a Strong Foundation

From its technological origins in 2005, to the establishment of the company in 2017, and its successful listing on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in March 2026, Huayan Robotics has continued to advance intelligent robotics through sustained technological innovation.
During the opening ceremony, the company's Chairman welcomed the new graduates and introduced Huayan Robotics' development journey, corporate culture, core values, and long-term vision. The session provided participants with a deeper understanding of the company's mission while encouraging them to grow alongside the organization as they begin their professional careers.
Learning Together Through Collaboration
Throughout the program, the 69 graduates were divided into eight learning teams, encouraging collaboration, communication, and healthy competition.
The curriculum combined classroom training with interactive activities, providing participants with a comprehensive introduction to the company's technologies and operations. Topics included:

A highlight of the onboarding program was the formal mentor-mentee pairing ceremony.
Each graduate was matched with an experienced mentor who will provide ongoing guidance throughout the early stages of their career at Huayan Robotics.
At Huayan Robotics, mentorship extends far beyond onboarding. Mentors support new employees through daily project work, technical guidance, engineering best practices, and professional development. The program also featured an employee sharing session, where five representatives from previous graduate cohorts shared their personal experiences, career development stories, and practical advice on adapting to professional life.
From Classroom Learning to Intelligent Manufacturing
To connect theory with practice, participants visited Huayan Robotics' Global Intelligent Manufacturing Base in Foshan.
The visit offered graduates a firsthand look at the complete manufacturing process—from core components to finished collaborative robots. Guided by technical engineers, participants explored production lines, manufacturing technologies, and quality control processes while gaining a deeper understanding of how engineering concepts are transformed into commercial robotic products.
Experiencing real manufacturing environments allowed graduates to connect what they learned in training with practical industrial applications.
Investing in the Next Generation of Robotics Talent
On July 11, the Graduate Onboarding Program concluded with team presentations showcasing key learning outcomes and reflections from the four-day experience.
During the graduation ceremony, every participant received a completion certificate in recognition of successfully completing the program.
Following the training, graduates also visited several cultural landmarks in Foshan, including the Huang Feihong Memorial Hall and Ip Man Tong (Yip Man Museum), creating memorable experiences beyond the workplace while strengthening friendships among colleagues.
