In his keynote address at the opening of WAIC 2026, President Xi Jinping noted that artificial intelligence is becoming a new engine for global economic growth and accelerating the transition toward new drivers of development. Designed for high-precision and intelligent interaction, the robotic arms feature lightweight architecture, advanced force control, and millisecond-level compliant response. Key technical capabilities include:

Designed for open robotic ecosystems, Huayan Robotics 7-Axis Humanoid Robotic Arms support ROS 2 and provide open SDK access. With edge-side intelligence capabilities, the robots can detect deviations, identify anomalies, and adjust trajectories in real time, enabling robots to evolve from traditional automation tools into intelligent robotic partners.
Huayan Robotics also integrates impedance control, spatial following, and VR teleoperation technologies to develop advanced data acquisition solutions. Through torque-loop control and immersive interaction, the system enables a “what you see is what the robot does” teleoperation experience.

In his keynote speech at the WAIC 2026, President Xi Jinping emphasized the importance of leveraging artificial intelligence to empower diverse industries. Huayan Robotics is putting this vision into action by demonstrating Embodied AI solutions across real-world industrial and service scenarios.
In welding applications, Huayan Robotics’ AI welding robot integrates a “hand-eye-brain” collaborative architecture combining 3D vision, Physical AI, and high-precision motion control. The system enables intelligent path planning and stable welding performance, achieving repeat positioning accuracy of ±0.015 mm and trajectory accuracy of ±0.15 mm. Digital twin technology further supports simulation, optimization, and process improvement.
In intelligent rehabilitation applications, Huayan Robotics and its partner showcased an AI rehabilitation robot integrating deep rehabilitation models, collaborative robotics, 3D vision, force control, and deep learning technologies. By building a closed-loop “vision-brain-hand-perception” system, the solution enables autonomous perception and personalized intelligent therapy services.
President Xi Jinping pointed out that the core industries of China’s intelligent economy have exceeded RMB 1 trillion in scale, and that “Made in China” is becoming a prominent hallmark of China’s modernization.
