Huayan Robotics partnered with global sensor and measurement leader KEYENCE to present a Flexible Robotic 3D Measurement Solution at the 8th China International Import Expo (CIIE), held from November 5th to 10th in Shanghai.

The solution combines Huayan’s high-precision collaborative robots with KEYENCE’s Fly-Scan Laser 3D Vision System, enabling true hand-eye coordination for fast, accurate, and flexible industrial inspection. With high repeatability, long reach, and stable motion control, the robots work seamlessly with KEYENCE’s high-speed, high-accuracy 3D vision technology to overcome traditional inspection limitations.
Huayan’s high-precision collaborative robots, featuring repeatability of up to ±0.015 mm, a maximum reach of 2,200 mm, and advanced motion control and vibration suppression algorithms, provide stable and wide-area scanning for industrial inspection. Integrated with KEYENCE’s Fly-Scan Laser 3D Vision System (LJ-S8000 Series)—which offers imaging speeds as fast as 0.2 seconds and repeatability of 0.3 μm—the solution enables high-speed, high-accuracy 3D dimensional measurement, surface defect inspection, and complex part recognition, effectively overcoming traditional limitations in inspection flexibility, precision, and efficiency.
The integrated solution has already been applied in automotive manufacturing, including weld inspection and precision alignment, improving production line flexibility and consistency.
In the 3C electronics industry, it supports applications such as PCB inspection, curved surface measurement, and precision component verification, while allowing quick changeovers through drag-and-teach and graphical programming.

Huayan Robotics and KEYENCE have showcased their joint solutions at multiple global industry events throughout 2025 and will continue their collaboration at iREX 2025 in Tokyo this December.
Looking ahead, Huayan Robotics will further expand its cooperation with KEYENCE to deliver smarter and more flexible intelligent manufacturing solutions, to truly serve humanity.
